WAJI is an author optimization hub. Everything we publish — reviews, case studies, service pages, tools, and guidance — is held to the same editorial standard so authors can trust what they read here.

1. Reviews & Testimonials

Every author review and testimonial on WAJI comes from a real author who worked with our team or used our tools. We do not fabricate reviews, purchase reviews, or reward positive reviews. Screenshots are shown as received; identifying details are redacted only when the author requests privacy.

2. Case Studies & Sales Proof

Case studies (BSR movement, conversion rate, royalty screenshots, ad ROAS) reflect real client campaigns. Results vary by genre, market, and author effort — we never guarantee identical outcomes. Numbers are pulled from Amazon KDP, Amazon Ads, and analytics dashboards, and we retain the raw evidence for every published claim.

3. Service Recommendations

Our service pages describe what we deliver, our process, and what authors can reasonably expect. We do not recommend services an author doesn't need. If your book isn't a fit for a service, our team will tell you before you pay.

4. Tools & Data

Free tools (Sales Calculator, HTML Generator, Metadata Analyzer) use publicly documented Amazon KDP formulas and industry benchmarks. Estimates are directional, not guarantees. We update our formulas when Amazon changes its royalty or ranking rules.

5. Corrections

If you spot a factual error on WAJI — an incorrect claim, outdated data, or a misattributed quote — email support@waji-hub.org. Verified corrections are updated within 72 hours and noted where relevant.

6. Independence

WAJI is independently operated by WAJI Media, LLC. We are not owned by Amazon, KDP, or any publisher. Where we mention third-party platforms or tools, it is because we use them or recommend them — not because we are paid to.
